  : THe hotel is located next to many places and made it very easy to navigate around. I also liked the variety of food options in hotel.
  : The Valet is not the same as Bell man. These two do NOT work together and are not the friendliest employees of the hotel. There are not directions on where to park (valet or not), no directions as to where to check in and for sure don't ask the Bell man.

  : The shower didnt drain water well I was standing in water taking a shower because it couldnt keep up, the room looked dated, the vending machine near my room didnt work so had no water to drink unless I wanted to go down stairs to buy water from a restaurant.

  : Room needed updates especially the tub shower

  : Room didn't have bags in trash cans, sink had ashes and hair in it and there was toothpaste residue on the counter. Worst room I've ever had at Horseshoe. The pillows were super lumpy too.
